On Thursday Lower 1st celebrated 100 days at school. It is quite extraordinary to reflect on how much development and learning has taken place in this relatively short period of time. The children show steadiness, focus and independence and have embraced both the School Values and the Pause very naturally. Their ability to sit quietly in events is commendable and was beautifully demonstrated in our Teacher’s Day Assembly this week. This is no small feat for 5- and 6-year-olds. Equally, they are confident and enthusiastic participants when required. Thursday was a wonderful opportunity for the children to celebrate this milestone with the rest of the school.
