Hello from the Great Aussie Bush Camp at Lake Macquarie. It has been a wonderful three days with our 3rd and 4th Class students. We have all been impressed with this new camp venue and look forward to returning next year. The students have had the opportunity to build deeper friendships and push themselves in personal and group challenges. The camp staff and our teachers have been extremely impressed with our students’ engagement, respect, and behaviour. They have been true ambassadors of our school.
Next week, we will see another opportunity for our students to extend and challenge themselves, at our school’s Athletics Carnival. It is a wonderful day with a range of sporting activities to test personal limits, as well as enjoy fun individual and group games. You are welcome to come for the entire day and are encouraged to join in our annual parent race!
